Gini has been practicing yoga for more than 16 years and in 2013 decided to pursue her dreams and began the British Wheel of Yoga Teaching Diploma. Gini teaches Hatha yoga with a calm yet motivational approach. Her yoga classes begin with a gentle body preparation before moving into each posture where you will focus on the breath and strength. Practicing with Gini allows time for self-exploration and discovery, whilst connecting mind, body and breath. Assisted by over 12 years experience as a Fitness Instructor and Massage Therapist, Gini brings a focus on the Holistic health of the student.
RESTORATIVE YOGA CLASSES:
Restorative and New Moon Meditation 6-7.30pm

£60 for 4 week block
Twice monthly Friday sessions of Restorative Yoga, Pranayama and Yoga Nidra. Encouraging the body to completely relax physically, emotionally and mentally. Anyone who is interested in relaxation, breath work and meditation is welcome to come along as you will be completely guided through the session. It is essential to book for any of the sessions as spaces are limited.
I will also be carrying on with Zoom classes on Tuesday evenings and Friday Restorative (apart from dates above). Please contact me for details and link for Zoom class.
